Without communication, sailing doesn’t work, which is why it is a perfect team building activity, and a great way of making new friends – it is fun, competitive and it helps to break down barriers. There are no office ranks out on the water, everyone is on a level playing field and that’s one reason it works so well.

At Eclipse Sailing we can tailor a day or two’s corporate sailing for your specific requirements. Whether wanting to do some team building or just to boost a team’s confidence, we are more than happy to help. We provide qualified skippers with great nautical tales to tell, who can bring out the best in your crew.

In addition to luxury yacht charter, we can provide rib charter,accommodation, travel planning, food and drink on board and on-shore hospitality to round off a perfect day afloat. (some at additional cost by prior agreement).
